Nicky Halloway, 21 years old, was surprised when she found a cigarette in her son´s Happy Meal. Immediately she brought the unsmoked cigarette to the manager.
He offered her another meal or a refund. A spokesman for the fast food chain apologized to her and offered some more gifts and free meals.
Nicky Holloway, however, rejects the offer. She claims she heard a McDonald´s worker saying to a colleague "leave me a fag" as she waited for her son´s Happy Meal. Now she wants "more to be done about it" and has plans to sue McDonald´s.
