Illinois: 40-year-old Raymond A. Dryier is facing a string of charges including operation of a vehicle while texting, drunk driving, and wrong-way driving after being stopped by police on Route 59.
Police Sergeant Gregg Bell said Dryier caught their attention when he crossed onto the southbound side of the busy Route 59 while heading north. When police approached the vehicle Dryier was still texting.
