After recent privacy concerns, Mark Zuckerberg broke his silence and admitted making mistakes. Furthermore, he promised to fix the problems. In an open letter, he wrote: "I know we´ve made a bunch of mistakes, but my hope at the end of this is that the service ends up in a better place and that people understand that our intentions are in the right place."
In an op-ed piece published in the Washington Post, he added that there will be privacy controls added to the site that are simpler to use.
