Report: Which Are the Best U.S. Airlines?

According to a new report on the airline industry, U.S. airlines record less complaints from consumers.

Furthermore the number of lost baggage went down and more flights were on time. Surely above all the reduced flights and the cut in capacity are reasons for this trend.

According to the 20th annual national Airline Quality Rating the best airlines are Hawaiian Airlines, AirTran Airways, JetBlue and Nortwest Airlines. Compared to the results from 2008, there are only little changes. American Eagle ranks at the bottom.
