On Tuesday a woman in Cook County, Illinois, sued the fast food chain McDonald´s, which she claims served her a cheeseburger with a bone or bone fragment in it.
The incident already happened two years ago. Millicent Brown bit into the burger, which caused "significant damage to her teeth". The damage required a root canal, tooth extraction, bone graft, and an implant.
In addition, she is suing the company which owns and operates the McDonald´s branch where she had the burger. Brown is demanding $50,000 from the fast food chain.
