Texas: 63-year-old Joan Ginther, dubbed the luckiest lottery player in the world by the networks, has collected her fourth multi-million dollar lottery payout by winning $10 million on a $50 scratchie.
Previously Ginther won $5.4 million in 1993, $2 million in 2006, and a further $3 million in 2008. Two of her winning scratchies were purchased from the same outlet. Ginther is keeping a low profile and has declined to be interviewed.
