Actor Mel Gibson, who is currently fighting for custody of his child with Oksana Grigorieva, seems to go through some hard times. According to police, Gibson´s 2008 Maserati was towed after he had crashed into a Malibu hillside. The actor was alone when he accidentally drove to the right and hit the hillside. His rep has already confirmed the incident and told the press that Gibson is uninjured.
Alcohol did not seem to have played a role in the accident. Additionally CHP spokesperson Leland Tang said that "Mr. Gibson was alert, oriented and cooperative."
